First suggestion on juicing is; please use organic greens, fruits, and vegetables! Juicing is an amazing way to flush your system with lots of vitamins and nutrients. It can help to push toxins out, but if the produce you use was grown in toxic soil or sprayed with chemicals or pesticides, it can actually be counterproductive. Second suggestion is, visit:

My sweet sisters Angela De La Agua and Amy Woodruff have a lot of experience with juicing and they give tips on what is best to use and what isn’t. They also do New Moon to Full Moon juice fasts and there is a whole support group of women that share their creations and hold space for each other during the cleanse!
